Lead Time.

We process and ship in-stock orders within 3-5 business days. However, if the item is not in stock, please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping. If you need your order to arrive sooner, please feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have samples.

We offer 1oz minis that are available for purchase directly on our website! If you're interested in becoming a retailer, please submit your application before ordering any samples. Once your application is accepted, you will have immediate access to log in and order samples at wholesale prices, as well as eligibility for a refund of up to 10 samples.

Can I get custom candles.

Definitely! In the "Anything else we should know?" section of your wholesale application, kindly specify what you're seeking. We'll get in touch with you shortly to discuss further details.

Orders and Payment.

Please note that for all wholesale orders, a minimum order of $250 is required and payment must be made in advance.

Return and Exchanges.
To ensure customer satisfaction, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders that are made to order. However, in the event of damage during shipment, we will be happy to replace the damaged products. Please send us a photo of the damaged item via our contact page on our website within 7 days of delivery for approval. Please note, the replacement will be an identical product only. If you have received the wrong product or a product is missing from your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will gladly correct the issue. Please be aware that shipping charges are not refundable.
